"It is not halal for he, either Sultan, Commander, Minister, commoner or he of high rank, who believes in Allah and the Last Day, who affirms Hadrat Prophet 'alaihis-salâm who is beatiful and pure, to change, violate, transfer, diminish, turn into another state, cancel, invalidate, neglect or convert this waqf. Whoever changes or cancels or tries to change, to terminate, to cancel one of its conditions or one of its rules by a false interpretation and in an invalid way, he will have taken the responsibility of committing haram, and will have committed a crime. Therefore, may he be penalized by Allah on the day when sinners will be punished, being held from their foreheads. May Malik (the Head of the Angels of Hell) desire to have them, may the Angels of Hell be their keepers, may Hell be their lot. For, the settlement of accounts by Allah is swift. Whoever changes it, after hearing this, the sins are theirs. No doubt, when He reciprocates, there is no loss for those who make good deeds..."
