WITHIN THE SCOPE OF “DREAM DISCOVER ENDOW YOUTH PROJECT” FOUNDATION SYSTEM OF TURKIYE WAS INTRODUCED TO THE STUDENTS FROM TRNC

With in the scope of  T.R. Ministry of Culture and Tourism Directorate General of Foundations “Dream, Discover and Endow Youth Project” the Türkiye’s foundation system with universal values and heirloom of our ancestors was explained to the students from the Turkish Republic of Cyprus.  The “Dream, Discover and Endow Youth Project” was started by our Directorate General in order to promote and spread our foundation civilizatin internationally. Within the scope of this project the Türkish Foundation System was explained to students from the Republic of Kosovo in June and from the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina in September and the foundation works were visited on site.

The third of this program which was carried out with the students from TRNC was held in İstanbul and Bursa between 05-10 December 2022. The Turkish Foundation System was introduced to the students coming from TRNC and ancestral herirloom works were visited during the route of the visit. The first day of the program was started with the introduction of Turkish Foundation System and the Directorate General of Foundations and later students visited Süleymaniye Complex, Galata Tower, Nusretiye Mosque and GDF Conservation Workshop. On the second day students visited Eyüp İmaret and joined to the distribution of food there and after that they visited Bezmi Alem Vakıf University and ended with a visit to the New Mosque, Spice Bazzar, Mihrimah Sultan Mosque, Üsküdar Fountain, Yeni Valide Mosque, Ayazma Mosque, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University, Çamlıca Mosque and Islamic Civilization Museum.

Later they went to Bursa and visited Ulu (Great) Mosque, Kozahan, Grand Bazzar, Yeşil Mosque, Yeşil Tomb, Irgandi Bridge and Classical Turkish Art Workshops, Panorama 1326 Bursa Conquest Museum and Historical Sycamore.
