THE PRESIDENT OF THE KOSOVO ISLAMIC UNION MR NAIM TËRNAVA AND THE DELEGATION WITH HIM VISITED OUR HEADQUARTERS

Mr. Nami Tërnava The President of Kosovo Islamic Union and his accompanying delegation visited the Directorate General of Foundations.

The General Director of Foundations Mr. Burhan Ersoy expressed his pleasure with the visit of the President of The Kosovo Islamic Union and talked about the importance they attach to the Balkan Geography as the Directorate General of Foundations.

 Ersoy; “We have a bridge between our hearts. With this bridge, we are reviving our civilization in Kosovo”

Director General Mr. Burhan Ersoy said,”We have many ancestral heirlooms in the Balkan Geography. As The Directorate General of Foundations we attach a great importance to the revival of these foundation works. We have lived together as friends and brothers for centuries. Pristina, Skopje and Sarajevo have no difference from Istanbul and Ankara in our eyes.

We give utmost importance to these lands which are heirlooms from the Ottoman Empire. We continue our services with the Brotherhood Bridge we have established”

The President of Kosovo Islamic Union Mr Naim Tërnava, “The heart of Sultan Murat I beats in Kosovo. We feel the hand of Türkiye on us with the services they rendered”

During the meeting between the delegations, Mr. Tërnava thanked The Ministry of Culture and Tourism Directorate General of Foundations for its activities in Kosovo. Mr Tërnava who especially underlined the works of Kosovo which are about to be destroyed are being revived with the restorations carried out and  said “Works have been completed in Kosovo in the last 5-6 years and the new ones have been also started as well. We would like to express our gratitude for all the staff of the Directorate General of Foundations who contributed to these services. The works of Islam and Culture which are our common heritage that were on the verge of being destroyed and lost stood up again with your support.”
