Leasing Conditional on Reconstruction or Renovation
   Leasing Conditional on Reconstruction or Renovation model consist of the process involving the construction on the immovable properties of foundations work done by contractor and transferring the property to its owner after operating it during the time decided in the aggrement.
   The operating time could be up to 20 years with the approval of General Director and up to 49 years with the act of foundation council.
 
Since 2003, in the way of Leasing-Conditional on Reconstruction or Renovation, 208 immovable properties has been decided to be evaluated in the way of ‘’Build-Operate-Transfer’’
